Standard package includes:

• 2 Prenatal visits to discuss your needs and desires;
• Provide assistance in creating a birth plan/wish list;
• Help mother and partner prepare for birth;
• Review coping strategies and answer any questions;
• Access to full lending library
• Support by telephone and email as needed during pregnancy and immediate postpartum
• 24 hour on-call availability 2 weeks either side of your estimated due date;
• Labour support from the beginning of active labour (or earlier if needed) at home or at the hospital;
• Emotional; physical and informational support during labour, birth and up to two hours after the birth of your baby;
• One at home postpartum visit to see how you are doing and provide additional support and resources.

Cost: $1000.00 inclusive

Exclusive Package:

Includes all the same services as our standard package with the addition of 2 weeks postpartum / 24 hour on call status for all your postpartum questions and breastfeeding support, which is highly beneficial when you get home with your newborn and have those middle of the night questions or concerns.

Cost: $1500.00 inclusive

Hypnobirthing Package:

Includes all the same services as our standard package with the change of 5 prenatal visits which includes private Hypnobirthing classes for a natural, calm and relaxing birthing experience.  Your Hypnobirthing instructor may also be your Doula which gives you a truly well rounded birthing experience.  This package also includes creating a birth plan.

Cost: $1300.00 inclusive

All Toronto Doula Group Doulas are trained and certified by either DONA or CAPPA and are members in good standing of DoulaCARE Inc.
